About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Collections Executive to join our team at Novuna Business Finance. As a Collections Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying and resolving customer payment arrears, ensuring that our customers receive fair and timely solutions to their financial challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and deliver appropriate customer solutions for payment arrangements, forbearance, innovation, and rescheduling
  • Ensure all arrears are collected in line with forecast numbers
  • Actively identify vulnerable customers and focus on delivering a fair outcome
  • Work to, and adhere to, corporate governance and processes
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills, particularly on the telephone. You will have experience in negotiating fair outcomes in a customer service-based environment and enjoy problem-solving. Additionally, you will be able to work collaboratively with your colleagues, prioritize your own workload, and work on your own initiative.
