Job Summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to provide quality assurance, quality systems, and supplier quality support for our manufacturing locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering and a proven track record of improving processes and reducing defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Conduct audits and evaluations of production processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
  • Lead and participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting activities to resolve quality issues
  • Develop and maintain calibration systems, tooling, and instrumentation to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Support new product development activities, including PFMEA, DFMEA, quality planning, and measurement systems design and deployment
  • Identify and address issues related to control of nonconforming material
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, including ISO 9001-2015
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for domestic and international assignments
