We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Smart Metering team at M Group Services. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect works via video footage or on-site to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Set targets for task teams and capture progress to report internally and to clients
  • Champion quality assurance practices and procedures to ensure a high-performing, sustainable workforce
  • Collaborate with site managers and clients to resolve quality-related issues
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance our services
Requirements
  • Experience in the clean water industry, with a strong understanding of asset standards
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of traffic management and street works, preferably with IT literacy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
