Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care for our patients.
- Provide expert physiotherapy services in various settings, including clinics, schools, and community centers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in paediatric physiotherapy, applying evidence-based approaches to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in staff appraisal and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Graduate diploma or BSc Physiotherapy with HCPC registration and CSP membership.
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate physiotherapy experience, including experience in MSK, neurology, acute, clinic, and community settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain high standards of patient care.
