Our client, a prominent organization, is in search of a proactive Project Administrator to enhance their operations in Wickford, Essex.

In the role of Project Administrator, you will be instrumental in driving project success across the UK while fostering robust customer relationships.



Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients and identify new business opportunities, aiding in the growth of the organization.
Analyze technical data and perform project evaluations, utilizing your skills in interpreting engineering diagrams.
Assist in the provision of technical information and quotations for projects in various regions.
Employ Microsoft applications to create precise estimates, quotes, and project documentation.
Articulate the unique value of our client's services to clients, recognizing potential upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with project planners to ensure effective and profitable project delivery.
Execute administrative duties and reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
Exhibit professionalism and adhere to the organization's core values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess and clarify client requirements.
Work alongside the sales team during the estimating phase.
Secure domestic projects and provide technical assistance for international contracts.
Communicate resource and equipment needs effectively.
Review and validate project expenses and overall job costs.
Deliver ongoing customer support and manage accounts efficiently.

Required Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Teams.
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings.
Effective prioritization and time management skills.
Willingness to adapt and learn new concepts.
Commitment to maintaining safety standards.
