Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager EMEIA to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Accounting and Finance team, managing UK and EMEIA entities, and driving a timely and accurate month-end close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Accounting operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and US GAAP.
  • Lead the Accounting Team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Maintain and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive a timely and accurate month-end close, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Perform responsibilities in line with accounting standards, including review of all account reconciliations monthly.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Competent with Accounting standards, with US GAAP advantageous.
  • Experience managing both UK and abroad entities.
  • Experience managing a small team.
  • Experience with consolidated accounts.

What We Offer
