  • Drive a timely and accurate month-end close, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and US GAAP.
  • Review all account reconciliations monthly, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with stakeholders to achieve financial objectives.
Requirements:
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Competent in accounting standards, with US GAAP advantageous.
  • Proven experience in managing both UK and international entities.
  • Effective leadership skills, with experience in managing small teams.
  • Experience with consolidated accounts and financial reporting.
