Join Our Team as a Quantity Surveyor

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to become a vital part of our team at Vistry Group. In this role, you will oversee all financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that costs are effectively managed to maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of quality.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing project costs to enhance margin and value for money.
  • Overseeing procurement processes and subcontractor management.
  • Administering contracts, including monthly payments and final account settlements.
  • Ensuring compliance with all contract documentation and company procedures.
  • Presenting and negotiating external valuations with clients.
  • Preparing and managing subcontract accounts from inception to completion.
  • Monitoring risk and opportunity schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Providing cost and value engineering advice during design phases.
