Key Responsibilities- Manage a group of team managers who oversee a large team of field support specialists working alongside field engineers installing low-carbon technology across the UK.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the operations function, including team management, operational reporting, managing third parties, and industry compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and report back to the Operations Director.
- Lead internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Support employee communication with the management team.
- Provide operational expertise and support to the teams.
