This role will be pivotal in managing the Guest Services across multiple locations, ensuring that a premium customer experience is consistently delivered through our various offerings, including reception services, meeting room oversight, hospitality coordination, and management of internal office spaces.
The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader, capable of motivating their team through recognition, training, and development initiatives, ensuring that the highest level of service is provided to all internal personnel, visitors, and colleagues across different departments.
A creative thinker with a proactive mindset, the successful candidate will empower their team to cultivate a culture of excellence, focused on delivering outstanding service. We are looking for someone who adopts a hands-on approach and possesses the ambition to enhance the client experience within a corporate setting.
While the primary location for this role is at our main office, occasional travel to other sites will be necessary.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with shifts spanning 8 hours between 7:30 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
Compensation: £29,000
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional computer and communication skills, a proactive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate with various teams. Above all, a genuine passion for delivering a five-star service in a high-end corporate environment is essential.
Previous supervisory experience in a reception or guest services role is required.
