Key Responsibilities:- Support the implementation of employment legislation, including TUPE, the Working Time Directive, The Equality Act, and the ACAS Code of Practice.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and staff on employment and HR issues, including absence management, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement employee wellbeing projects.
- Manage employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- CIPD level 5 qualification (desirable).
- Experience of working on employee relations cases.
