Exciting Opportunity for a Regional Sales Executive

Join a highly successful, environmentally conscious packaging company with an impressive annual turnover of £2 Billion. We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Executive to enhance our team.

Role Overview:

The Regional Sales Executive will play a crucial role in nurturing existing client relationships while also identifying and pursuing new business ventures. You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including both small to medium enterprises and large corporations across sectors such as food and beverage production, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, and retail. Your focus will be on providing tailored corrugated packaging solutions, requiring a consultative sales approach that involves engaging multiple stakeholders and collaborating with design teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Drive growth in profit and volume across all accounts in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Offer technical and quality guidance to meet customer specifications.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
  • Coordinate with customer service to oversee orders, claims, and client interactions.
  • Forecast sales and track performance against targets.
  • Achieve annual sales goals in both volume and value.
  • Create and monitor account plans for your clients.
  • Utilize a structured sales methodology while working collaboratively and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Compensation:

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a bonus structure, company vehicle, and additional benefits.
