Job Title: Lead C&I Project Engineer

EC&I Partners is seeking an experienced Lead C&I Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering projects and outages, identifying and managing stakeholders across the functional organization and with the supply chain, ensuring process and regulatory compliance with the highest standard of HSSE and Quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver projects and outages, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Identify and manage stakeholders, including functional organization and supply chain partners.
  • Ensure process and regulatory compliance, maintaining the highest standard of HSSE and Quality performance.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Higher National Diploma or Degree in a Control & Instrumentation related discipline.
  • Sound technical knowledge of engineering, project management, and maintenance practices.
  • Good working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective working relationships within the team and with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Project management tools and techniques, including SAP-based systems.
  • Full and clean UK driving license.
Desirable:
  • Use and knowledge of best practice lean tools for resolving engineering issues to root cause level.
  • Management, fault finding, and troubleshooting of DCS and PLC systems.
  • Management of alarms and simulations.
  • Knowledge and competence of using SAP-based systems.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
