Job Title: Support Worker Hammersmith

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Bluebird Care Hammersmith and Fulham. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care and support to individuals with complex needs, particularly those with cerebral palsy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to our client, including catheter care and administration of medications
  • Assist with feeding and meal preparation
  • Support the client with daily activities and provide reassurance when needed
  • Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Experience in providing care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prepare fresh food and assist with meal preparation
