Job Title: Support Worker in Hammersmith

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Bluebird Care Hammersmith and Fulham. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to a complex care female client with cerebral palsy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care, including catheter management and feeding
  • Administer medications as required
  • Support the client with daily activities and provide reassurance when needed
  • Communicate effectively with the client, family, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Experience in dealing with complex care clients, particularly those with cerebral palsy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
