Job Title: Complex Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Bluebird Care Hammersmith and Fulham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to a female client with cerebral palsy.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care, including catheter management and feeding
  • Administer medications as required
  • Support the client with daily activities and promote independence
  • Communicate effectively with the client, family, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prepare fresh food and manage medication
