Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Rewards professional to lead our Total Rewards function in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Total Rewards strategies that drive business results and support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement Total Rewards strategies that align with the company's business objectives and support the achievement of key performance indicators.
  • Compensation and Benefits Design: Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate Total Rewards strategies and programs to stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Financial Management: Manage the Total Rewards budget and ensure that programs are financially sustainable.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that Total Rewards programs comply with relevant laws and regulations and manage risk associated with compensation and benefits programs.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and retention, including recognition and reward programs.
  • Global Mobility: Manage global mobility programs, including relocation, assignment, and immigration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits) in an international company.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
