Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

Minimum Experience:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in establishing, implementing, and/or advising senior executives on enterprise risk management practices is preferred.
Functional Responsibility:
- Act as the primary authority for enterprise risk management initiatives and process enhancements.
- Support the government lead in maintaining the enterprise risk register. Facilitate discussions on enterprise risk as necessary. Aid clients in recognizing and defining risk appetite, priorities, thresholds, responses, and key risk indicators. Conduct program audits, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments as required.
Minimum Education:
- A relevant Master's Degree (Risk Management, Business Management, or a related field). Twelve (12) years of applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
Additional Knowledge/Experience/Competency Areas of Importance:
- Ten (10) or more years of hands-on expert-level experience in planning, executing, and/or advising senior executives on enterprise risk management practices is preferred.
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience in a collaborative work environment.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey diverse information types to various audience types and create executive-level presentations, along with experience engaging with and presenting to senior leaders/stakeholders within an organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, visualization, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated abilities in strategic thinking, multitasking, negotiation, conflict resolution, time management, and executing plans within defined schedules and budgets.
