About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for a leading property and construction consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and goals.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of a brand refresh, including website design and rebranding.
  • Manage and influence a variety of stakeholders, including key decision-makers and team members.
  • Present as a confident and credible communicator, able to effectively articulate marketing strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and deliver effective multichannel marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on brand refresh and website design.
  • Ability to effectively manage and influence stakeholders, including key decision-makers and team members.
  • Background in property and construction or consultancy would be an advantage.
  • Experience working in a multi-site environment would be beneficial.
