Key Responsibilities- Assist the Service Manager in ensuring individuals receive high-quality care and support, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.
- Supervise the service, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Support individuals to maintain their skills and personal interests, promoting their autonomy and dignity.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required systems and processes, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with a willingness to work towards NVQ Level 4.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Satisfactory criminal records checks.
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.65.
- £100 per sleep-in shift.
- £50 supplement for On-Call shifts.
