We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Police Community Support Officer. As a key member of our community safety team, you will play a vital role in making local neighborhoods safer and improving the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visible reassurance to local communities through regular patrols and engagement activities.
  • Support and engage with local communities to resolve local problems and improve community safety.
  • Work closely with regular police officers to identify and address community safety concerns.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local residents, businesses, and community groups.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of community safety initiatives and strategies.

Requirements

  • A full UK manual driving license (or equivalent) is required for this role.
  • 37 hours per week, working various shifts Monday - Sunday (part-time/flexible working applications will be considered).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
