About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communications and Engagement Assistant to join our dynamic team at Nottinghamshire Police. As a key member of our Corporate Communications team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our communication and engagement activity to enhance our corporate identity and build confidence in the force.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and publishing of engaging and newsworthy content for our multiple communication channels
  • Assist in the development and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns to enhance public safety and awareness
  • Monitor and analyze communication channels to ensure content is aligned with our brand and key messages
  • Collaborate with our team of Communication and Engagement Officers to deliver high-quality communications and engagement activity
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Background in external and internal marketing and communications
  • Understanding of web development and analysis of insight/evaluation and communications channel development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
