Workforce Scheduling Controller Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Scheduling Controller to join our team at Arcus FM's Redditch office on a permanent basis.

Your new role will be within our Central team, where you will be responsible for delivering on set SLAs/KPIs and providing exceptional customer service.
