Workforce Scheduling Controller Role

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Scheduling Controller to join our team at Arcus FM. As a key member of our Central team, you will be responsible for delivering on set SLAs/KPIs and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective workforce scheduling strategies to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate scheduling plans and ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze and report on scheduling metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in workforce scheduling or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
