We are currently seeking a Team Supervisor to lead and mentor a dedicated group of Legal Administrators. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective performance, collaboration, and professional growth of the team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of Legal Administrators
  • Ensure optimal work levels, quality standards, and resource allocation
  • Track task completion and manage Section MI
  • Facilitate team meetings and promote talent development
  • Support the training and onboarding of new team members
  • Manage knowledge resources and escalate queries as necessary

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in a service-oriented industry
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and IT proficiency
  • Legal background is advantageous
  • Ability to comprehend and implement task processes
  • Experience in regulated environments
