Packing Team Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packing Team Supervisor to join our team at Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the packing and shipping of electronic capital equipment for export across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the packing team to ensure deadlines are met and shipments are completed on time.
- Ensure that all packing and shipping activities are carried out in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Monitor and control stock levels of packaging materials and update the team leader as necessary.
- Load shipments onto vehicles for onward shipment and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
- Process Return to Vendor (RTV) requests and ensure that all necessary actions are taken.
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in inventory management systems.
