About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Occupational Therapists to join our bank team in North Kent. As a Band 5 Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapy treatments to a diverse caseload of patients across various settings.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments with patients to understand their needs and goals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with family members, relatives, and other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to promote patient independence and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Skills and Qualifications
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
