Compensation: £50,000+ signing bonus

Brook Street Social Care is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee a newly established Residential Home for Children. This organization specializes in providing support to children and young individuals, ensuring they have enriching experiences despite any past challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations and staff assignments
  • Engage in the recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Encourage professional growth through effective delegation
  • Ensure efficient management of overall operations
  • Create and uphold a comprehensive training strategy in line with regulatory standards
  • Maintain a safe environment in accordance with Health and Safety regulations
  • Protect the health, welfare, and development of children both inside and outside the facility
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families, social workers, educators, and other professionals involved in the care of children

Candidate Profile:

  • Familiarity with company policies, Children's Homes Regulations 2015, and Quality Standards is essential
  • Flexibility to participate in an on-call system is required
  • Experience with Ofsted inspections is necessary
