About the Role
Harte Consulting - Property & Construction Recruitment is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as the Head of Commercial Sales. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our sales team and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales performance of a team of sales consultants, ensuring they meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide hands-on, one-on-one sales management and performance tracking to ensure individual success.
- Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring the team delivers end-to-end excellence.
- Maintain high energy levels and a strong presence, motivating the team and pushing activity across all sales channels.
- Ensure all sales processes and systems are optimized for success.
- Regularly report on performance and implement strategies to improve where needed.
- A track record of success in sales management, ideally within the property sector or a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate goals, expectations, and training to a team.
What We Offer
- Up to £70,000 basic salary per annum
- Up to £150,000 OTE (profit share scheme)
- Flexible working hours
- Car allowance (open to negotiation)
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
