Business Development Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Business Development Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our client, a leading supplier of fencing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales inbox account, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Contribute to the success of the group by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Resource new leads from multiple avenues, utilizing your excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Assist the Business Development team in delivering quotations and following up with clients to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a Customer Care programme, providing exceptional service to clients and sharing feedback within the team.
  • Ensure the LinkedIn page and posts are regularly updated, showcasing the company's expertise and services.
  • Produce regular Case Studies to demonstrate the company's capabilities and share with potential and existing clients.
  • Implement a shared working calendar, utilizing your organizational skills to ensure seamless collaboration within the team.
