About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Nelson, East Lancashire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with mental health needs and dual diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support and promote positive well-being for the individuals we support.
  • Encourage and participate in activities that promote independent living and life skills.
  • Maintain and develop community links to support the individuals we support.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins.
  • Driver's license preferred.
