We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Director to lead our construction operations, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects while driving growth and maintaining a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Maintain a deep understanding of all active construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from inception to completion.
- Lead, mentor, and develop site teams, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and equipped to deliver high-quality work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Act as the key point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns.
Requirements:
- Strong background in main contracting, with experience in both New Build and Fit Out projects.
- Experience in leading construction operations, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop site teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
