Construction Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead to join our team at Fawkes & Reece London. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on a major flagship project from start to finish.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering major schemes in excess of £100million. They will be responsible for managing a large team of managers, including Project Managers, Site Managers, and assistants. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a tier one main contractor and a strong understanding of commercial, retail, and residential construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Project Director and Operations Director to deliver the scheme
  • Managing a large team of managers and ensuring the successful delivery of the project
  • Coordinating the design, commercial, and programme aspects of the project
  • Representing the main contractor in the best light and communicating with the client
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a technical or engineering background and a strong understanding of how to build. They will be able to work in a fast-paced project environment and have excellent communication skills.

What We Offer
