Construction Director

We are seeking an experienced Construction Director to lead our flagship project in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a large team of project managers, site managers, and assistants to deliver the project
- Work closely with the Project Director and Operations Director to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and implement project plans, including design, commercial, and programme management
- Represent the main contractor in the best light and communicate effectively with the client
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering major construction projects in excess of £100 million. They will have experience working for a tier one main contractor and a strong understanding of commercial, retail, and residential construction.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £120,000 - £130,000, plus a car allowance, bonus, and travel opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-profile project and enhance your career.
