**About the Role**
As a Roadside Rescue Mechanic with The AA, you'll be part of a tight-knit team providing exceptional service to our customers. Your day will be filled with fixing vehicles, working independently, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure our customers receive top-notch assistance.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Work in a fast-paced environment, responding to breakdowns and providing expert vehicle maintenance and repair services
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experience
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise, staying up-to-date with the latest vehicle technologies and repair methods
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining complex issues in a clear and concise manner
**What We Offer**
• Competitive salary of £54,000 per year
• 23 days' holiday (increasing with service) plus bank holidays

**Requirements**
• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
• Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
