Are you a skilled mechanic looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy working independently and as part of a team? We have an exciting opportunity for a Roadside Rescue Mechanic to join our team at The AA.
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As a Roadside Rescue Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance to our customers. You will be the face of The AA, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that our customers are always ahead.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide roadside assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Diagnose and repair vehicles using your technical skills and knowledge
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and goals
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

* Competitive salary of £54,000 per year
* 23 days holiday (increasing with service) plus bank holidays

**Requirements**
* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications and experience
* Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less
