**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Roadside Rescue Technician to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our roadside rescue team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our members.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide technical assistance and support to customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct vehicle repairs and maintenance in a safe and efficient manner
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
