- Proven experience as a Senior Human Resources Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in HR management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
