About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Principal Clinical/Forensic Psychologist, you will play a vital role in delivering strategic and clinical strategies to enhance the care pathway through specialized psychological advice and consultations.

The successful candidate will report to the Lead Psychologist and will be responsible for deputizing for the Lead Psychologist when needed, playing a key role in service development, managing specified team members, and providing robust clinical supervision and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evidence-based psychological assessments and offer 1:1 and group interventions addressing various patient needs
  • Contribute to MDT care planning and review, and foster professional development within the team
  • Participate in audit and research activities as directed by the line manager, and engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Requirements for Success
  • BPS accredited and HCPC approved Doctorate
  • HCPC Registered
  • Eligible for Chartered Membership of the BPS
  • Post-doctoral level expertise in research methodology, design, and data analysis
