About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for the Commercial Real Estate market, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and onboarding processes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and market intelligence to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the Commercial Real Estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Commercial Real Estate market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
