Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Deliver top-line revenue targets by leveraging our unique multi-brand offsite solutions, while strategically protecting profitability.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner to ensure we become a built-in supplier and partner to their businesses.
  • Market Expansion: Proactively seek new market opportunities to expand our business, utilising an entrepreneurial mindset to drive data-driven growth and product expansions.
  • Value Proposition Delivery: Master and communicate our Value Propositions across products, software, and brand, utilising differentiation to drive best-in-class margins.
  • Innovation Insight: Identify customer pain points and contribute to the product innovation pipeline, working closely with Product teams to drive long-term projects forward.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work proactively with other departments to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to key accounts.

  • Proven experience in strategic Key Account Management, with a record of growing sales and profitability.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong presentation abilities.

  • Experience or knowledge of the Roof, Floor, and Timber Frame industry in the UK is desirable but not essential.
