The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification, CIPD certification in Learning and Development, or equivalent business experience. You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, property, or retail sales-related role, with a proven track record of delivering training programs that drive results.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs that meet procedural compliance and legislative requirements
  • Developing and maintaining training manuals and documentation
  • Providing support for other departments in their development and upkeep of Operations Manuals
  • Reviewing training materials to ensure activities provide learning that enables improved performance
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of company procedures, operating systems, key tasks, and legal requirements
  • Participating in and coordinating special projects as requested
