Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Total Community Care Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and medication administration.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Support clients with their daily activities, such as shopping and socializing, to promote their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care and support is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in this role.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle, as you will be required to transport clients to appointments and activities.
  • Enhanced DBS check and ability to work with vulnerable adults.
