We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Our clients require ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff. You will work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is 12 hours.
We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of £14-17.93 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to £28,950 per year. Our carer development centre provides bespoke training to cover a wide range of client-specific needs, including tracheostomy care, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, and complex medication administration.
As a Care Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes the safety and satisfaction of our carers. We offer a fast-track onboarding process, consistent volume of work, and choice of working patterns. Our carer recognition scheme and refer-a-friend scheme demonstrate our commitment to rewarding and supporting our team members.
To be successful in this role, you must be over 18, have the right to work in the UK, and have a good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively. You will also need to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
If you are a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
