About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fundraiser. As a Fundraiser, you will be the public face of Charity Link, interacting with the public and seeking their support for some of the UK's most well-known charities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with the public in a face-to-face setting, promoting charity causes and encouraging donations
  • Work in high footfall venues, shows, and events, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with people
  • Meet and exceed donor targets, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with supporters
  • Participate in comprehensive training and mentoring programs to ensure success in the role
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as direct sales, customer service, or field sales
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to create a rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to make a real difference in your work
