Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data and Insights Manager to lead our team of data experts. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our incredible data is fit for purpose and helping us leverage it to its full potential through ground-breaking insights and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sparx Data and Insights team to develop, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of data experts.
  • Deliver impactful insights that drive business decisions and improve student outcomes.
  • Develop and manage our data to ensure it is optimized, fit for purpose, and available for our teams and users.
  • Foster a data-driven mindset across the organization and develop scalable data solutions to support our rapid growth.
Requirements
  • Passionate about data and leveraging it to drive business decisions.
  • Deep understanding of insights, data science, and data engineering with advanced skills in R and SQL.
  • Proven ability to apply data skills hands-on every day and experience using Google Big Query, Dataform, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Dedicated to continuous personal development and fostering growth within the team.
