About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Manager to join our team at Sparx. As a key member of our data team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sparx Data & Insights team to deliver impactful insights and drive business decisions
  • Develop and manage our data to ensure it is optimised, fit for purpose, and available for our teams and users
  • Foster a data-driven mindset across the organisation and develop scalable data solutions to support our rapid growth
  • Empower internal teams to use data to identify new product developments and support new innovations
Requirements
  • Passionate about data and driven to make a real difference
  • Proven track record in developing, managing, and mentoring high-performing data teams
  • Advanced skills in R and SQL, with experience using Google Big Query, Dataform, and Looker Studio
  • Strong collaborator with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Dedicated to continuous personal development and fostering growth within the team
