About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Manager to join our team at Sparx Learning. As a key member of our data team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improving student outcomes through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of data strategies to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers to deliver high-quality insights and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data and insights needs and develop scalable data solutions
  • Foster a data-driven culture across the organization, empowering teams to self-serve their data needs
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data management, analytics, and insights
  • Advanced skills in data science, data engineering, and data governance
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing scalable data solutions
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
