We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team at Taylor Root. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a critical role in providing legal and commercial expertise to our clients across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal and commercial support to our clients, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership teams and commercial partners.
- Manage commercial projects and provide strategic advice to clients on a range of legal and commercial matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house or in private practice, with a minimum of 2+ years' PQE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic advice to clients.
