About the Role

The Reception Centre Night Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Reception Centre, ensuring that all UAS children receive the support they need to begin their resettlement journey. This will involve managing a team of staff, coordinating care and support services, and ensuring that the Centre is running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the night-to-night running of the Reception Centre, ensuring that all UAS children receive the support they need
  • Lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that care and support services are delivered to a high standard
  • Coordinate care and support services, including medical care, education, and emotional support
  • Ensure that the Centre is running smoothly and safely, including managing budgets and resources
  • Work closely with other teams and agencies to ensure that UAS children receive the support they need
